I got into the Baby's show by virtue of John himself. If he hadn't put me on the list I never would have got in (I even paid 50 bucks to some goon who never came through with tickets and have yet to be refunded). John was talking about a plan to put Mausspacers on a special list in the future so th...

Monster Love and another track Soko did with Ariel are on her new album. I'm going to give it a listen since I really enjoyed Monster Love.

Really diggin these two songs by Mild High Club. His profile says he's played with Ariel Pink and R. Stevie Moore, so that's cool. He's opening for Mac Demarco in April, so going to try and make that show. https://soundcloud.com/stonesthrow/mild-high-club-weeping-willow https://soundcloud.com/stones...

I haven't seen Buffalo 66 since the early 2000s, so I decided to buy it on blu ray and watch last night. I imagine a lot of you have seen it, but if you haven't, do yourself a favor. "Get the Billy picture" http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b9/Buffalo_sixty_six_ver1.jpg Love Buffalo 66! I ...

so all the shows thus far have been him performing pom pom in full? I remember seeing LL post the setlist for the show she went to and I was slightly disappointed that he wasn't going to be playing older songs. After seeing the show, I definitely didn't mind that he played all of pom pom. Ariel and...

Don't give up, Wowie. I got Black Lips tickets through a last.fm contact only two days before the show. They were playing Not Enough Violence before my Ty Segall gig last night and I got embarrassingly excited. I saw Blonde Redhead last night and before their set I heard Hey Moon playing and I was ...

I saw Connan Mockasin Saturday night and towards the end of the night Mac Demarco came out and kissed/groped Connan. Connan Moackasin shows are always interesting. Oh yeah Sexy Sax Man also played the flute for a few songs. That was weird.

Is anybody going to be able to make this (ricky)? Hard to believe Ariel is doing anything for free.. What a guy, I'm sure he is trying to help Geneva.
I saw that but I had something else going on.
