Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

Kate sent me an autographed setlist from the show in Philly along with other goodies! She is wonderful! We must see APHG if they ever decide to do a spring tour :float:

Has anyone seen Ariel recently? Saw him yesterday without his regular band and he was playing some things I had never heard. Didn't sound like the usual APHG stuff... and I didn't really enjoy it too much. But it was cool seeing him play keys for Geneva.

Don't worry..the official tour will start in February. I'm sure Atlanta will be on there.

Yes I know. :silly:
I'm just getting antsy is all.
Wonder if he'll play at the Goat Farm again. That place is pretty surreal.

HELL YEAH. Let's meet! I've made friends for life on here. Always happy to have more! If we do get in touch (and I hope we do!), you will also be meeting the lovely Iris Sala, Musikexpress translator extraordinaire. We sort of come together.
I'm in London fairly often as it is. If you're near there, say hello any time!

This just in...

THE GARDEN are support for London. I am so excited about this I actually made a shrill scream somewhere deep within my voice reeds.
If you haven't heard them, they are a duo of twin brothers who cite Killing Joke and The Minutemen as their top influences, with a liberal slathering of hip hop in there for good measure. They call their style 'vada vada,' fusing punk rock energy with oddball vignettes, frenetic drums, and chunky bass. I saw them back in August and I still have several inches of dirt in my shoes that I wore to that show.

Sweeet. Haven't heard of The Garden but I'm a dyed in the wool Minutemen fanatic.
